ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A 29 year old resident of East End/Long Look, Everette Jack, came before Magistrate Valerie Stephens today September 14, 2012, at the Magistrate's Court, charged by the Crown with the offence of theft.
Man freed of surety obligations
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Mr. Trevor Osbourne, who was the signed surety for Mr. Quacey Lashley’s bail, was freed of his obligations, due to the fact that Mr. Lashley left the country, and he had nothing to do with it, or knew about it.

Alleged laptop thief gets second chance
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A woman, who allegedly stole a laptop and was seen on surveillance camera with it in her possession, must have breathed a sigh of relief today November 14, 2011 after the Virtual Complaint indicated to the court that he was no longer willing to continue with the matter since he was scheduled to leave the Territory on Wednesday and that he wanted to give the defendant another chance.
