ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Third Sitting of the 3rd Session of the Second House of Assembly of the Virgin Islands (VI) resumes today October 11, 2012 at 10 A.M. in Road Town after being adjourned on October 9, 2012.
Biwater already invested $25M of own money into project
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The controversial Biwater Project has already seen some $25M invested in the construction phase even though there has been no review of the designs and drawings by the Ministry of Communications and Works to see if they were in accordance with relevant quality and performance standards.

Hon. Fraser raises concerns over Bishop Cline’s appointment
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- As firstly and accurately reported by Virgin Islands News Online that the ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) at a cabinet meeting on January 19, 2012 had approved Bishop John I. Cline to become the new Chairman of the BVI Health Services Authority Board, final approval was granted in the House of Assembly yesterday February 14, 2012 for his appointment although it was not without concerns from the opposition.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- After a lengthy Committee Stage, the Customs Management and Duties Amendment Act 2012, which was met with opposition this morning by members of the opposition and needed a majority vote for it to proceed, was passed this afternoon February 14, 2012 in the House of Assembly.
HOA to approve BVIEC chairman
