Hon Walwyn finally admits cost of ESHS wall is over $1M
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- After contradicting Premier Dr The Hon D. Orlando Smith (AL) by telling the public back in February 2016 that the wall around the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) had not reached a million dollars, controversial Minister for Education and Culture Hon Myron V. Walwyn (AL) revealed in the House of Assembly today, March 9, 2017 that the small wall, which is yet incomplete, had in fact cost over a million dollars.
