Kevin Greaves not getting back $13K
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – On Friday December 5, 2014 Attorney at Law Mr Stephen R. Daniels representing Mr Kevin Greaves asked the court to pardon his absences as he was believed to have been delayed in travelling from St Thomas, United States Virgin Islands (USVI) but he was in total disagreement with the decision not to have the Crown return in excess of $13k to his client.

OKeiffe should be freed as the court agreed with his attorney Mr Richard G. Rowe that his client’s time spent in prison sufficed for the charges he had pleaded guilty to.
