Quick action averts further damages in Long Look fire
LONG LOOK, Tortola, VI – Quick action by Officers of the Virgin Islands Fire & Rescue Service (VIF&RS) averted a potentially dangerous situation when a fire of unknown origin erupted in the Long Look community today, January 4, 2014.
15,039 licensed vehicles in VI up to 2011
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – With a population of over 30,000, the Virgin Islands had some 15,039 registered vehicles up the December 31, 2011.
One injured in Slaney accident
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A female driver sustained injuries and was taken to the Peebles Hospital following an accident in Slaney, in the vicinity of Dolphin Discovery this evening January 22, 2012 sometime after 6 p.m.
