3.63 magnitude earthquake felt throughout Puerto Rico and VI
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- An earthquake measuring a magnitude of 3.63 on the Richter scale was felt throughout Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands at approximately 4:25pm yesterday afternoon, a press release from the Department for Disaster Management (DDM) has stated.
