Intrepid has come home; Sloop fleet now up to four!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A little piece of sailing history was welcomed home last Thursday March 14, 2013 when the Tortola Sloop, Intrepid, was returned to the Territory after an absence of over 80 years.

Harrigan was asked to take up the post as Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the Virgin Islands Festival and Fairs Committee (VIF&FC). However, to-date she has not been issued an official letter confirming her appointment.

Former legislator & retired Principal Elmore Stoutt racks up $65G
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Retired school principal Mr Elmore Stoutt is one of two persons hired by the Ministry of Education and Culture to perform as employees outside the ambit of the Public Service Commission. Mr Stoutt also receives a salary of more than $65,000 annually.
