Agreement reveals direct engagement by Orion Law with BVIHSA
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- While answering a question in the House of Assembly earlier this year Premier and Minister of Finance Dr The Honourable D. Orlando Smith told the public that Orion Law, a firm founded and owned by the controversial Minister for Education and Culture Myron V. Walwyn and Speaker of the House Ingrid A. Moses, was only doing business indirectly with the BVI Health Services Authority.
