Expat recruited over retirement age for T&CP, says Donovan-Stevens

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - In a time when many indigenous Virgin Islanders are being forced out once they reach the retirement age of 60 years, many were surprised to learn that an expatriate over the age of 60 was recruited for a senior position as the Deputy Director of the Town and Country Planning Department (T&CP).
