VI inks preferential 15-year berthing agreements!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The BVI Ports Authority inked 15-year deals with Disney Cruise Line (DCL) and Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) yesterday, January 17, 2014, which offered preferential berthing rights to the two companies and guarantees the Territory over 400,000 passengers starting in May 2015.
