ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – In the absence of both Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) and Deputy Premier Hon Lorna G. Smith (AL) OBE, Hon Vincent O. Wheatley (R9) has been appointed Acting Premier and Minister of Finance until May 13, 2023, by acting Governor David D. Archer Jr.
