Hon Fraser throws hat into ring for VIP Chairman
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Further to the recent announcement by Leader of the Virgin Islands Party (VIP) Hon Ralph T. O’Neal, OBE that the party will on April 23, 2014 hold a congress meeting to have internal elections, seasoned member of the party, Hon Julian Fraser RA (R3) has told Virgin Islands News Online that he intends to accept a nomination for the position of VIP Chairman should one be put forward in his favour.
