Hon Maduro-Caines calls on residents to cooperate with RVIPF
PURCELL ESTATE, Tortola VI – Sixth District Representative in the House of Assembly (HoA), Honourable Alvera Maduro-Caines, has called on residents of Purcell Estate, to cooperate with the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force’s (RVIPF) investigation, into the deadly shooting on Friday, August 10, 2018, which claimed the life of 25-year-old, Jerry Casto-Felix.
