‘Introduce horse racing in the schools’ – Doug Wheatley
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Radio Talk Show host and social commentator Douglas Wheatley said that it would be a good idea to introduce horse racing as a subject to be taught in the schools since it is an important sport here in the Virgin Islands and one that could generate lots more income for the Territory.

Dead horse @ race track creates a stink for SCB residents
