Election Observers could affect perception of VI – Skelton

Parsons Auditorium bear the names of notable Virgin Islanders as a tribute to their sacrifice and service to the Territory, however, there has been no naming in honour of the Territory’s stalwart politician Premier Ralph T. O’Neal.
Min. Fraser proposes road link for Sage Mountain
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Among the plans for the 3rd District by incumbent district Representative Julian Fraser is to establish a road link between Pleasant Valley and Sage Mountain which he described as a much needed road-way to open the land between the two areas.

Governor confirms joint observer mission for VI’s election
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - His Excellency the Governor, Boyd McCleary CMG has announced, via press release this afternoon November 1, 2011, that the Virgin Islands (VI) will receive a team of election observers for the general election.
