ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The official report indicates that in district 7, the incumbent representative of the National Democratic Party (NDP) Dr. Kedrick Pickering won the district with 535 votes, Delores Christopher in the 5th District, Mark Vanterpool in the 4th District, Alvera Maduro-Caines in the 6th District. Marlon Penn has been unofficially declared the winner in the 8th District.

Fraser fires back at NDP’s “cast iron pipe” accusation
