Tourist attraction or an eye sore?

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Following concerns raised by some businesses and members of the public regarding a group of boats that are currently being parked in a lot on the corner of Chalwell Street and Waterfront Drive also commonly referred to as 'on the block', boat owners and their mechanics are defending their position, citing that the boats are more of a tourist attraction than an eye sore in the area.
