New CONCACAF Club Licensing Rules coming into effect
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – All member Clubs of the BVI Football Association will have to become compliant with new Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football, (CONCACAF), Club Licensing rules by the end of March 2017.
