4 charged for breaking curfew on Day 1 of mandatory 24-hour lockdown
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Four men were yesterday, Saturday, March 28, 2020, charged and released on their own recognisance for breaking the mandatory 24-hour curfew put in place by Government to help mitigate the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Health Minister unveils ‘Essential Services List' for COVID-19 curfew
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Deputy Premier and Minister for Health and Social Development, Honourable Carvin Malone (AL) has unveiled the list of essential services persons that would be allowed to exit their homes during the upcoming 24-hour Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) curfew.
24-hr curfew: No visits to beaches, roadside garbage bins or extended dog walks
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- “Simply put, unless you are classified as an essential worker under the Curfew Act you will be required to remain at home from 8:00pm tonight until 6:00am tomorrow morning, and then from 8:00pm tomorrow, Friday evening, to stay at home, I repeat, stay at home, continuously until 6:00am on Thursday, 2nd of April.”
