ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Virgin Islands’ sailor Rayne Duff, sailing in the Gold Fleet at the Opti Worlds in Dziwnow, Poland today Thursday September 3, 2015, has slipped to 60th from his overnight 32nd placing after 9 races.
