Cabinet approves Discretionary Powers Guide for VI Ministers, Depts
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands has noted and approved the Policy - "A Report to Guide the Proper and Lawful Exercise of Discretionary Powers in the Virgin Islands” developed to implement Recommendation A3 of the Framework for Implementation of the Recommendations of the Commission of Inquiry Report and Other Reforms.
