Hon Penn blasted as ‘weak’ over stance on Speaker’s legal fees
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Leader of Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition, Hon Marlon A. Penn (R8) has been blasted as a ‘weak leader’ over his stance on the Motion to exempt Hon Julian Willock from paying fees in the withdrawn court case against the three Commission of Inquiry (Co) lawyers accused of practising law illegally in the Virgin Islands.
