MoU inked between HLSCC & Power 52 for solar technical training

Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC), the institution will now get $100,000 added annually to its coffers, in addition to a $200,000 annual commitment from the Government of the Virgin Islands under the 'Back to the Sea' initiative.
