Regulations on Body art for VI in the near future
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Disclosing his awareness of some of the end results that persons can be faced with after engaging in the practice of body art, such as tattoos and body piercing, Governor Boyd McCleary announced that regulations will be put in place to govern this trend.

VG community angry at absence of promised boat
VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI – Residents of Virgin Gorda bitterly expressed their frustration at the absence of a promised boat for transfers of sick patients to Tortola for emergency treatments last evening August 29, 2012 at a community meeting held by the BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) at the Ashford Waters Community Centre.
Red Cross Camp is a BIG hit!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Thirteen children enjoyed a fun-filled, educational training camp at the Red Cross Headquarters last week August 20th – 24th. This was the first summer camp of a new annual incentive to give back to the community while teaching the children new skills.
Man found dead outside of home
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI - A man was earlier today, August 28, 2012, found dead outside of his home. Reports are that Arnold Wheatley aka Johny Mack collapsed suddenly outside of his home this morning after feeling unwell for sometime.
