ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- It may be very wise to walk with umbrellas today October 19, 2012 since the Department for Disaster Management (DDM) is reporting there will be scattered showers as skies over the Virgin Islands will be occasionally cloudy.
UPDATE: Tropical storm warning lifted for VI
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Department for Disaster Management (DDM) is reporting that tropical storm Rafael is moving further away from the northeast Caribbean and the tropical storm warning for the Virgin Islands has been lifted as a result.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Antigua Met Service has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for the Virgin Islands as Disturbance 58 has been upgraded to Tropical Storm Rafael in the Eastern Caribbean Sea.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - At 5:00 am the center of tropical storm Leslie was located near latitude 20.8 north longitude 59.5 west. Leslie is moving toward the northwest near 15 mph and this general motion is forecast to continue today, September 2, 2012.
