Warship's presence may ward off drug smuggling from VI- media told
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - One of the Royal Navy’s Type 23 frigates HMS Lancaster is currently docked at the cruise ship pier at Road Town, Tortola as part of her six-month deployment to the North Atlantic and Caribbean. Its presence is likely to ward off drug smuggling activities, according to the HMS Lancaster’s Commanding Officer, Commander Steve Moorhouse.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- According to information issued by the Puerto Rico Seismic Network, an earthquake measuring 3.73Mb occurred throughout Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands this morning at approximately 1:04 A.M. local time. The report indicated that the epicenter was located near 19.66 north latitude and 64.41 west longitude, or 103 Km North of Anegada at a depth of 42 kilometers. No Tsunami Warning or Watch was issued.
