UPDATE: ‘Disturbance 1’ now 60% chance of tropical development
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Virgin Islands Department of Disaster Management (DDM) is reporting that one of three new disturbances in the Atlantic Region continues to show serious signs of development as it moves west towards the Lesser Antilles.
