Very sorry to hear this. I pray that she make it. I hope that she at least was wearing a helmet. Motor cycle riders do not usually wear helmets here and certainly I have never seen a pillion rider wearing one. Don't know the story here and will not judge, but a rider with locks passed me speeding about a week ago without any signal and while there was oncoming traffic. Don't know how he did not collide with my car or the other car, and of course, he had no helmet on. I am making a clarion call to all cyclists and pillion riders to wear the appropriate head gear to support your head at the very least. Drives out there, be careful and look out for all cyclists and motorcycle riders, even if you have the right of way. On this note, I encourage persons to pray for this young lady that she makes it and recovers well and for her family who are likely going through a very difficult time.

Woman when will you all learn sense? Always wear a helmet when riding behind of these scooters. The dude should be arrested and charged for reckless endangerment.

If they can fine the driver of a car when their passenger is not wearing a seatbelt, the same logic should apply for scooter riders whose passengers aren’t wearing helmets.

Some of these girls arrogantly ride on these scooters with these guys without helmets. I just don't understand the police going around giving tickets for seat belts, and these young people who are zooming on these scooters without helmets they are turning their heads the other way.

And there are so much accidents involving these bikers that cost the Government so much money for medical care especially when they have to go overseas. I really would like to hear from those who run the force including the Governor. I am seriously confused. I'm sure they are laws in the books.

What’s even more heartbreaking is that many of these motorcycle riders are placing their small children right on the front of their bikes completely exposed and vulnerable. This is not only unsafe, it’s deeply irresponsible. There urgently needs to be a law in place to prohibit this practice entirely. God forbid an accident were to occur; a child could lose their life instantly due to the fragility of their young bodies. It’s a tragedy waiting to happen. May God grant us the wisdom and compassion to make better decisions on the road for our sake, and more importantly, for the sake of our children.

place just lawless no enforcement of the Laws so lawlessness have taken over

there are lots of violators as it relates to traffic laws but enforcement is lacking

Police Focus is on Drugs, Money and the Firearms
