..we don't issue names and identity so readily. Just in case the individual is criminally involved. We endeavor to cover and protect our criminals from being identified, This is how we do it.
This will simply fade away and forgotten if he is worthy of a cover up by our injustice justice parading as real justice.
This is how we do it.

If he sink, he will float up tomorrow. It takes 3 business days for a body to float ... like Ms Black own did. Hopefully the strong current ain't take him down STT

If the boat is partially submerged, why couldn't they hold onto the part of the boat that was out of the water until help arrived? Why didn't they have life jackets? Why didn't they have a dinghy attached? Too many whys and why is he missing after calling 911? Something doesn't sound right here. If they are not from here, is this another life insurance scam?

Good questions, though if it was a power boat, it would not be trailing a dinghy. It’s hard to judge distances on the water, let alone at night. It would have been foolish to try to swim for help esp with no life jacket. Quite possibly the man may have also drowned. Sad. Boat safety and swimming should be mandatory in school in the Territory.

This young lady is suspected to be from Dominica Republic based on intelligence information. She might have been smuggled into or out of the Territory when the boat developed difficulties. May her soul R.I.P .

….when we had that slogan all was well and under wraps like we like. Ever since this “ BVI NICE “ crap it’s been a mess. Bring our old slogan back please…maybe we can manifest going back to living more stealth like.

The " missing male",whoever he may be, is likely to be somewhere dry and comfortable with little,if any concern about being identified. He could possibly, in the future, if he is in these parts his carcass could ,possibly, join the list of the 100+ unsolved rubouts in the BVI as a means of protecting big secrets.
