Ex VI Premier Hon Andrew A. Fahie is out on bail!
Hon Fahie, who remains the elected representative of the First District, was held by officials of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) on allegations of money laundering and conspiracy to import cocaine into the United States.
Despite US prosecutors seeking to keep Hon Fahie imprisoned, a judge offered him bail in the sum of $1,000,000 with a Nebbia condition for half of the funds and a disclosure of the source of funding.
The Nebbia satisfaction consisted of the Affidavit of Albion Hodge aka 'Bobby' in support of the evidence of the source of funds used to pay for the premium for the corporate surety bond in place for Mr Fahie.
The former Premier was released moments ago, our sources in Miami have confirmed.
He will; however, not be allowed to leave his Miami residence, as part of his bail conditions.
Hon Fahie’s trial is set for July 18, 2022.

The fact that Andrew pleaded Not Guilty shows he DOES NOT HAVE A REPENTANT HEART. THE AFFIDAVIT HAS EVIDENCE OF HIS CRIMINAL INVOLVEMENT.
He does not fear God’s wrath.

The Lord Jesus said: “Not every one that said to Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of My Father which is in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name? and in Your name have cast out devils? and in Your name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from Me, you that work iniquity” (Mat 7:21–23).
All this means is he will sleep somewhere else under house arrest until the end of the trial.

Innocent until proven guilty is the law but the Feds are really good at proving you guilty if you don't take a plea. They are really good at making you pay for not taking the plea as well.

The DEA has put their story together to arrest FAHIE. We have yet to hear from the defense and people bogging with joy.
The governor knows and the Commissioner of police must know that the DEA was operating in the territory.
This was well prepare plan to bring down FAHIE by the UK.
We were asking for the COI report to be released and we were told it will come in June. As soon as they accomplish the task of arresting FAHIE they release the report and then the governor want us to believe he knew nothing.
He is not fooling me.
Note: All of us are Hypocrites! - If we knew that Foy was such a "Bad Man" and that he was a "Criminal - Why did the people in the First District vote for him to be their Representative.? You are the ones to blame for having him there so long to shame our Country.
