Eric Casey gets more charges of assault & threatening language

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Long Bush resident, Eric Casey, was again brought up on charges of unlawful assault and threatening language when he appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on February 21, 2014.
The offence of threatening language allegedly took place between February 1 and May 22, 2012 at Long Bush. Casey allegedly told a girl, "You and your boyfriend are dead.”
On another occasion, May 28, 2012, he and the same woman got into an argument in the vicinity of the popular Club Diplomat night club in Long Bush. Casey then allegedly assaulted the woman and told her "I am going for my gun, this isn't over.”
The defendant, who is being represented by attorney Stephen R. Daniels, pleaded not guilty to both charges.
He is expected to return to the Magistrate’s Court on April 4, 2014 for hearing and sentencing on a similar but unrelated matter.
