ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- You can never be too big a ‘kid’ to have some ice-cream and snow cones as was proven by students of the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) who flocked the Snowie and La Dolce Vita mobiles to get their serving of ice-cream when LIME (BVI) took its Back to School Bliss to them on Friday September 13, 2013.
