ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Disciplinarian, Educator and Assistant Principal at the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS), Mr Cecil A. Hodge may have gotten a little carried away, breaking broadcast etiquette during a conversation about discipline in the school system when he used the word "bitch" on live radio in the Virgin Islands.
