HLSCC approved for delivery of STCW courses for mariners
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI– The H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) has been awarded ‘provisional approval’ to begin scheduling delivery of Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (Basic STCW) courses at its Paraquita Bay campus.
