Digicel celebrates its sixth anniversary in the BVI with a massive Black Friday sale
Digicel is the people’s choice in the BVI, and in just six years has established itself as the most popular network in the territory due to its ongoing commitment to deliver the best value, the best service and the best network, while always giving back to the BVI community.
This year Digicel BVI supported the 60th Anniversary of festival with sponsorship of the festival village in Road Town while alsosigning local Fungi group, Razor Blades, as brand ambassadors and sponsoring the popular Miss Fifth Form pageant. Programs such as Kids and the Sea and Special Olympics have gained over the years since Digicel came to the territory while the telecommunications leader has also supported several organisations and national teams, such as the BVI Culinary Team as well as Tanisha Harrigan.
Finally the company has helped the less fortunate in the territory by supporting the Tree of Hands toy drive, and the Family Support Network during this important season. Digicel is also hosting an on-going Christmas tour that includes the Evelyn Roche Learning Centre as well as several other organisations that support children in our community.
In launching the Black Friday sale, Digicel BVI CEO, Conor Looney, stated “I would like to thank the entire Digicel team, based in Tortola and Virgin Gorda for their hard work over the last twelve months and wish them all the best for the coming year in ensuring we continue to deliver an extraordinary experience for all our customers across the BVI.”
