We must start from the nursery schools unto the college level to inform our people that someday the country will become independent and prepare our minds to be on our own. We must not wait to be caught off guard when the British government will tell us that we need to be independent. So, we will continue to have a Deputy Governor who is appointed by the British and so be it. Mr. Archer do enjoy your privilege as deputy governor.
