Delta Petroleum to launch ‘Go Delta’ pin on Valentine’s Day 2018
Mr Sylvester, the young energetic Regional General Manager (RGM), said the second phase of the upgrade will include credit cards and media-ready pumps.
New Brand 'Go Delta'
In addition to all the upgrades following the Hurricanes of 2017, Delta has also announced that a new brand was created called the ‘Go Delta’ brand. After the storm that devastated most of the islands that Delta Petroleum serves, like the Virgin Islands (VI), Anguilla and to a lessor extent St Kitts-Nevis, many loyal customers, along with Delta Directors and staff, were chanting “Go Delta.”
Immediately after the storm, Delta remained committed to ensuring that all customers received their services and high quality product at all times following the storm. The Delta Petroleum staff were resilient and remained committed to their work to ensure that Delta served the public.
As a result of these actions, the Management of Delta decided to create the Go Delta logo, which is a golden pin that customers can get.
Go Delta pin to launch on all islands on Valentine’s Day
The pin will be launched on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2018 on all islands. The Go Delta pin symbolises that Delta Petroleum is on the go to extend the highest quality customer service, on the go to establish the best consumer reward programme, on the go to supplying the best quality product, on the go to ensure that the convenient stores are well stocked and on the go to ensuring that visiting Delta Petroleum gas stations and convenient stores become a destination experience.
Mr Sylvester said, “At Delta Petroleum, once you receive our service it will be one that makes all your memories of other customer service experiences fade away.”
The RGM anticipates that Delta Petroleum will be back in full operations by Mid-July 2018 throughout the Caribbean region. Mr Sylvester also announced that the 24-hour operations at the Pasea Service station on Tortola would be reinstated on March 1, 2018; the hours of closing currently is 10:00 P.M. Also, credit cards are being again accepted at all Tortola and Virgin Gorda stations.
Mr Sylvester reiterated that he remains proud of the Delta team, the Directors and the customers as they “made the post Irma rebuilding experience one that we will always remember and one that is keeping with being resilient and dependable.”
