Two dangerous inmates have escaped custody in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force has launched a manhunt for Veron Primus and Ulric Hanson who were inmates at Her Majesty’s Prison and escaped lawful custody.

The Police Force says Primus was serving a sentence for murder while Hason was awaiting trial for a series of serious offences including murder, robbery and burglary.

Both men are considered armed and very dangerous.

If seen the public is urged to contact the police or Her Majesty’s Prison. The fugitives should be approached with caution.
