D3 remains undefeated in SCBBC 3X3 16U Holiday Tournament

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI—The Sea Cows Bay Basketball Club (SCBBC), in collaboration with the BVI Olympic Committee (BVIOC), successfully concluded its Holiday 3x3 Basketball Tournament for the 16 and Under (16U) division.

Held December 21 to 22, 2024, the tournament featured three district teams, with District 3 emerging as the undefeated champions with a flawless 4-0 record.

District 2 secured second place with a 3-1 record, while District 6 struggled, ending with a 0-4 record.

District 3’s Jhustin Disla and District 2’s Zion Phillip shared the Co-MVP (Most Valuable Player) title, recognising their consistent scoring and leadership throughout the tournament.

Awards to be given in Feb. 2025

Meanwhile, the champions, District 3, will be awarded medals and trophies alongside the under-12 division champions, during the SCBBC/BVIOC Martin Luther King Jr. 3x3 Weekend Tournament on Saturday, February 1, 2025.

Additionally, SCBBC and BVIOC continue with their commitment to youth development in the Territory by offering free basketball training sessions for children aged 7 to 18.

The sessions are slated to resume on Saturday, 4 January 2025, at the Multipurpose Sports Complex and will take place every Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 PM.

    That stupid sharp hill in the road by sea cows bay water plant need moving. Everytime Fraser get a lil power he always doing some nonsense. If D3 people choose him then it says alot about the level of their intelligence.
