Kamyce Penn steadies nerves to win Miss Teen BVI 2012 title
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI – 2010 Miss Fifth Form winner Kamyce Penn added an even more prestigious crown to her collection by capturing the popular Miss Teen BVI Scholarship Pageant 2012 title but had to steady her nerves throughout to impress the judges with consistent performances.
