Consultation on amendments to AML/CFT Legislation
The proposed amendments are geared towards compliance with international standards established by the Financial Action Task Force and also seek to modernise and clarify existing provisions within the legislation.
For ease of reference, the proposed amendments have been outlined and tracked in the current Antimoney Laundering Regulations and Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Code of Practice.
Interested persons are invited to review the

To participate in the consultation process, feedback must be provided within the Consultation Comments Template and submitted to consultation@bvifsc.vg by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.
Late submissions will not be considered.
