VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI – Some years ago when Government had erected the wall to the ground which is extensively used for sports and other cultural festivities in Virgin Gorda, it was nothing but a bare wall. Residents had decided to use the wall as a mural resulting a section being nicely painted with art work.
