CANE GARDEN BAY, Tortola, VI – Mr William Industrious, one of the oldest persons in the Territory, died on Saturday September 6, 2014 taking with him a huge chunk of the Territory’s untold stories as it is believed that he possessed deep historical knowledge of the beginnings of the Virgin Islands (VI).
