TRW & FLOW heighten calls for road safety during Festival
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – It’s that time of year when traffic gets extremely busy and some roads are closed off to facilitate road tramps and other activities related to the Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival. This has led to the Tortola Race Wars (TRW) upping their advocacy for road safety.
