Reaching Out Foundation donates breathalysers to RVIPF
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Commissioner of Police Michael Matthews yesterday, August 15, 2016 welcomed the company of a group of young people whose only mission at Police Headquarters was to donate breathalysers for traffic officers who suspect drivers to be over the legal alcohol limit.
