Petition accuses CoP Collins of promoting ‘cronies’ over qualified officers
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – As part of some 55 damning allegations made against Commissioner of Police Mark Collins in a petition signed by some 30 persons, including officers in the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), the Commissioner has been accused on promoting "his cronies" in top positions in the RVIPF.
