Roads strewn with rocks following heavy rainfall

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- With the mountain sides still partially stripped of vegetation following the passage of Hurricane Irma on September 6, 2017, heavy rains associated with a tropical wave caused heaps of rocks to come tumbling down on roadways across Tortola, the main island of the Virgin Islands (UK) last night into this morning, October 9, 2017.
