ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Emancipation activities continue across the Territory, as residents observe the annual festivities not just, the glitz and glamour, street tramps and parades but on more somber tones too, such as this morning, August 6, 2018, at the Queen Elizabeth Park, when scores gathered for the traditional ‘Sunrise Service’ held at 7:00 AM.
