Magnitude 4.9 earthquake felt in VI
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - On August 31, 2019, at 4:45 am, the Puerto Rico Seismic Network recorded an earthquake measuring a magnitude of 4.9 that was felt in the Virgin Islands.
