FORT HILL, Tortola, VI - Reports reaching our news center indicate that sometime between last evening and the early hours of today, Saturday, January 28, 2023, a man who appeared to be of unsound mind began terrorising persons on Fort Hill and blocking customers from entering One Mart Super Store in Purcell Estate on the main island of Tortola.

Hazell, 31, was sentenced on January 27, 2023, to 120 months imprisonment followed by five years of supervised release for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine.
